Attack of the Giant Leeches is a science fiction film released in 1959. The film was directed by Bernard L Kowaski. The film depicts the story of giant leeches which were found in underwater caves of Florida. These giant leeches make the people as prisoners in these caves and latter on drain their blood and kill them. The latter part of the movie is about how a Game warden Steve Benton investigates the missing people in the city of Florida. He discovers the caves and destroys them with the help of some state patrollers using dynamites. The giant leeches are portrayed by people wearing rubber suits.
